If floyd stood toe to toe with margerito

if floyd grew enough balls and decided to stand toe to toe with a brawler like margerito would he get his arse kicked?
i honestly seen floyd electing to pot shot his way to a UD if the fight ever happened if he did square up to margerito, i could see him easily getting hurt to the body and may be even (T)Ko'd

Floyd has the ability to sit in the pocket and exchange with anyone.

Would probally do what he done to Ndou if he wished, just standed their tucked up in a shell and land power shots. Althought Margarito is a better fighter I still dont think hes a smart enough fighter to beat Floyd.

This is a dumb ****ing thread. There not professional "punch for punch" athletes, there boxers. And actually Floyd is so much quicker and more aware then Margo if the two stood in a phone booth Floyd might actually get the better of him. Get this straight; Floyd Mayweather operates on the highest level of this sport and can never be counted out against any other boxer at or around his weight class. Not in a jab contest, a body shot fight, a "hop on one foot" and punch each other match....nothing, there is absolutely no basis to claim that he would lose any such boxing contest because he has never been beaten. Margo isn't Elite, he doesn't have the best power, he has extremely leaky defenses and is very slow compared to the other top fighters in the weightclass.

If Floyd's stands toe to toe against Margarito I won't say he grew up some balls. I would say he got stupid. Even if by any chance he wins. Every boxer have his tools. And Floyd's tools can make Margarito like a fool. Without standing toe to toe. I don't like Floyd. But don't get confused here
