Is Roach making Pac believe he can win because he wants another Trainer Mega Pay Day? I can't see how an expert, professional, and experienced trainer could actually believe this. I'm lead to believe he is selling Manny out for a Mega Pay day.
Nah nah nah . . . Roach is just part of the HYPE machinery. Actually it was Arum's and Pac's decission to go for DLH. A big money fight with nothing to lose.

Have you forgotten that Roach was chosing Valero before DLH's name crop up?

More like power that can do literally serious damage, probably life-threatening or at the very least coma-inducing injury.

It's $750K per excess pound. Peanuts for Oscar.

That really ****ed me off. When a trainer takes on a job then he should keep such opinions to himself about the fighter he's training. When the fighter you trained looses then that just comes off as completely disgusting because it was the trainers job (if indeed Oscar was loosing power) to come up with a plan that highlights other aspects of his skills. That Roach had a plan comepletely reliant on Oscar's power and then turn around and say he has no power because the plan failed is ****ed up.

actually it's $750k per pound above 147

I don't know that I would say he's selling him out. He may be overestimating his ability but Pac would be crazy NOT to take this fight. If he gets KOed 20 seconds into the fight he'll walk away with more money than a JMM rematch, a Hatton showdown and a Diaz fight put together!
