lol...

u should eat something 2 hours before training or fighting. give your stomach time to digest. glass of orange juice is good, bananas, apples. i went to the gym today without eating all day and was dead tired. had no energy what so ever.

lol at eating bk before wrestling matches. i once ate a burger for lunch during school and had a match that night, i felt that burger coming back up during the coin flip. never ate another burger before a match again.

Before I do any exercise I eat a full meal and wait 30 min to digest. I usually feel very light headed if I exercise without eating. But if you can during the bus ride, have a fruit and a protein bar or slim jim and a nutrament.

i have the same problem mate. What i have is a pint of full fat milk, a handful of grapes, a peach (stoneless) and i break up a protein bar. I whack it in a food processor for a min, pour into a bottle and save it. I drink it onto the way to the gym. Its lumpy, and tastes like ****ing shit, but its healthy and does give you a engery boost. Ive been using it for a month now, and i train 3 times a week. Ive noticed a great improvement in my stamina.
