Default Back of my neck sore/stiff after sparring...

My neck has been sore/stiff for the past two weeks. I can't move it twist it fully to the left and right without feeling a slight pinch on the back of my neck. This is really noticable when I wake up in the morning.

In all my years of sparring this has never happend before. Any ideas?

Could be out of alignment. I'd try getting a massage and if that doesn't do the trick you may need to see a chiropractor (preferably one that isn't a scam artist).
