It is very durable if you're into home made equipment. A friend of mine built a heavy bag out of canvas and a sheet of industrial foam, stuffed with shredde clothes and fish tank sand. A boxing gym out side or at home doesnt require much equipment. That's the beauty of Boxing. |

this is a pretty dumb question, since you've been boxing for what? a couple of months?
anyway, I would say, wraps, gloves, heavybag (most important), jump rope, and medicine ball. Speed bag, double-end bag and mitts are good to have, but not "essential" - plus if you have nobody to use the mitts..... |
