if you catch the shot on your shoulder sure its a hit, but is it effective? I dont think so.

yah but if he keeps hbitting me with jabs and shit becaus e they count as hits on my shoulder tahn i might as well practice slipping

i cant find any of the sharp ones. im just using rocks cuz 1. i have nothing heavy to fill it with. 2. it will hurt like a bitch and if i keep feeling the hurt 1. it will tuffen me up. 2. i will try harder to dodge it.

Go to the beach and grab a bag full of sand that is the best way to do it, or if you have a brain go to your kitchen and grab some rice.

iight rice is good but thats kinda expensive and i dont want to waste food. ill try and go to the beach and steal some sand

If your just slipping your not scoring either... counter punching is needed to score after slipping... You can counter of blocking a punch...


I think thats the only time i have disagreed with what u have had to say..


And As for someone throwing punches at u and just slipping over and over thats works well... my coach does it with me.

alright i made the aslip bag and have been practicing on it but one push = about 2 slips and for some reason the slips are REALLY ez. how can i make it harder

When you slip you want the bag/punch to come as close as possible to your face then at the last moment slip, this way you throw off your opponent, etc...

I created my own wierd-ass philly shell like style where i try to slip and get in some counter left hooks, doubt you could find any1 to teachu it though.
