Default Top10 LHWs

LHW seems so be a bastard division and often overlooked. If you loo at the discussions over here, they are mostly about hws, followed by p4, mw and ww discussions. Even lw is more discussed. Quite recent a few lhws get their credit, namely Foster and Johnson, but to stir it up a little bit: what does your top10 t lhw look like? Why did you put them into this particular order? Who has a guranteed Top10/5/1 spot?

Before a top 10 can be decided on, it should be agreed if these guys can be considered as light-heavyweights for this list:

Gene Tunney, Harry Greb, Sam Langford, Ezzard Charles.

As they all fought and LHW, and were great in H2H terms at the weight.

Any reason for the exclusion of the best LHW of all time?

Joey Maxim over harold johnson? are you on crack? Maxim would be lucky to win 4 out of 15 rounds vs johnson.

u still hadvnt responded to why you have maxim in your top 10 list and not harold johnson, It appears you realized how bizarre your rating of maxim is. Harold Johnson is far better in every skill set than maxim, and he has a better resume than maxim, and better track record against common opponents.

That's fine.

If you require me to explain myself, then I will.

The fact is, I don't really know that much about Harold Johnson, though I have heard very good things about him. The names I listed, were names of fighters that I DO know a little about, and truth be told, they are fine all time greats as well, regardless of weather they derserve to be rated above or below johnson.

Say, weren't you the guy who rated Sonny Liston #2 of all time, including over Muhammad Ali?

Magoo why don't you have Ezzard Charles on the list who beat your number 1 three times?

I don't know. I guess Charles spent so much time both below and above lightheavyweight, and never won a title there, so it seemed questionable.
