"I didn't order the fight as I couldn't agree with it being a pay-per-view event. "But watching the highlights on the news it looked like Amir had been hit with a lump hammer.
http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/a...50_578815a.jpg CRITICAL ... Carl Froch "He was knocked out as badly and even faster than when I KO'd Damon Hague in the first round of my British title win in September 2004. "In my opinion, the so-called soon to be world champion has from the start of his career been overhyped and very carefully matched in order to create an aura of invincibility and sell an unrealistic product to the non-boxing public. "You can fool some people some of the time but you can't fool all the people all of the time. "Exposed is a word that springs to mind. There have been question marks on Khan's ability to take a punch and I think we all agree this was answered on Saturday night. "I'm just glad he is in good health but the road back looks long and hard." [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] |

He is spot-on as usual, he tells it like it is and should be respected for that. As someone else said you get all these other boxers talking bollocks and how those punches woulda KO'd anyone etc.
Froch is a really good guy, just wish he wasn't injured all the time as he could beat just about everyone at super middle, bar Kessler. |

Liked the bit about him mentioning he didn't agree with it being pay-per-view. I'm a big Froch fan, but he's got to keep that line between saying it how it is and coming across as a gobshite, knocking everyone he can to make a name (also David Haye needs to aswell) |

What makes him even better is that he has a 3rd rate trainer in Robert McCracken and even that has not held him back. |

Froch is quality but i'd certainly favour the formidable Kessler over him. I like him over Bute though. |

Kessler would beat him 12-0, as he did with the similarly slow footed Andrade. |

, Haye... All this b/s about him not having faced top fighters is just people trying to put him down. Froch would fight JC at 1 weeks notice if the fight was made and he would own JC and KO him. Kessler does not even come close to him. Bute....just a JC clone...Lacy - mentally gone. |

Yeah its not through any fault of his own that he's not fought any top guys, remember he spent any eternity calling out Calzaghe, Taylors ducked him recently too. But yeah he really has got to get his skates on
