Default training camp

i am lookng at getting away to focus more on training.
has anyone got any ideas on any training facilities or camps i can stay at for 2 weeks so i can focus more and also just to get away so i can think about my fight in 2 months time.

pro boxer!!! want to focus more on fitness side of things.
high intensity stuff.. running!! sprinting!!! heavy weights!!! etc...
here in australia would prefer but anywhere will do..........

i dont understand how you could be going into a pro fight with no trainer in just 8 weeks.

just need push with high intensity training for 2 weeks. thats all.
then come back to heavy training

my personal opinion would be just to grab a personal trainer, doesnt have to be boxing specific. most of them would be more educated than most boxing trainers in the sense of areas to target. (eg short burst sprints etc) for fitness .. assuming you're doing 2 min rounds.
they're everywhere, and will smash ya, getting great results!!!

Find a small country town with a good boxing gym - there is nothing else to do but train and prepare

i think the cramptons up in cessnock nsw do somthing like that.

there is a proper training camp place in the bush somewhere in vic i thnk, used to be advertised on aussie box, what will you gain from the camp you cant gain at home? do you have distractions at home?
