I don't really favor him over the other elite 4 (Vasquez, Marquez, Caballero, Molitor), but I could see him beating all of them. Only time will tell, but as of now he looks very good, and has the potential to step up through divisions if need be.

Got a lot more to prove, but promising.
Been plenty of fighters like him before, look to goods early but never quite make it. |

BOTH VAZQUEZ AND MARQUEZ ARE IN STORE FOR A VERY ROUGH NIGHTS,IF THEY EVER GET TO RUMBLE WITH HIM: I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING LOPEZ CAREER SINCE HIS OLYMPICS DAYS,(2004 OLYMPICS) AND LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING FOLKS,HE HAS MADE IT LOOK EASY! IM GOING-OUT ON A LIMB AND PREDICTING THAT JUANMA WOULD NOT LOSE TO ANY OF THOSE FIGHTERS IN THE DIVISION . JUST WAIT AND SEE! AND TO THOSE DOUBTERS,THAT THINK HE'S A FLASH IN A PAN,YOU WILL WITNESS A RUDE AWAKENING!

IF VAZQUEZ IS SO GREAT,HOW COME IT TOOK HIM 3 RUMBLES WITH MARQUEZ,JUST TO PROVE HIS GREATNESS. THATS SOMETHING THAT LOPEZ WILL NEVER NEED TO DO, WITH JUANMA IS JUST ONLY TAKE ONE TIME........NO NEED FOR TRILOGY!!!!

Beating Ponce De Leon is one thing, But Vazquez or Marquez would make short work of Lopez at this point.. Lopez is getting better, But he's nowhere near thier class yet.
