Wlad is the Joe Louis of this era.

He is not as great but he is in a league of his own and beating on the "bum of the mOnth"

Obviously this is not his fault

I might be diluting this thread by adding a top 5.

    1. Ali
    2. Lewis
    3. Marciano (Louis, Walcott x2, Charles x2)
    4. Holyfield
    5. Foreman (Frazier x2, Norton, Moorer - Historical Value)

not sure about best, but relatively speaking, i know who has the worst, at least for a champion. David Haye (if we're just talking about Heavyweight resume. Adameks is even better).

I would have Holyfield's resume third and Foreman's above Marciano's.

Yeah, I would agree that Ali and Holyfield, in that order, have the best resumes.

Marciano is a bit high considering how Walcott and Charles weren't prime and Joe Louis was 75 years old when they fought.

    Lennox Lewis.

Fighters he beat in their primes:

Golota, Mavrovic, Briggs, Klitschko, Rahman, Grant, Tua, Mercer and Morrison

    Good, but past best:

Tyson, Holyfield, McCall(well he wasn't past his best but he wasn't his best in that second fight), Ruddock.

Lewis has a real tight and solid resume. And to think he only lost twice(avenged too).

Man I miss Lewis, he was what the HW division was all about!
