    it wasn't a robbery at all, but it now feels like one because of the margin.
    Not quite the same as Fury and McDermott, but in a similar vein, that has become a bona fide robbery because of the margin.

    I had it 115-114 to Macklin for what its worth.

    Had God Save The Queen been played for Macklin, there would be a lot more people saying he was hard done by here.

    And Rob, stfu, if that was Barker in there, you wouldn't be saying it was 8-4 to Sturm. You'd be crying robbery.

    So they show the post fight interview on SSN :patsch

    Macklin pissed off cos he claims German TV had it to him by 4, US tv to him by a few rounds yet Sky had it a draw. Said he swept the first half and easily won that by two or three rounds. Sturm has offered a rematch because "he's embarrassed" that German TV had Macklin winning by 4.

    Sounded pretty bitter didn't he.

    I can understnd why he felt he won, it was a great effort but because it was in Germany it's all too easy for him to say it was a robbery due to the reputation of that country in the past. The thing is that verdict could have been the same if it had been in England or America to be honest because it was just a close fight, not a robbery at all. One that could have gone either way

    Watch that fight again tomorrow and score it with a level head. Absolutely no way Sturm wins it. By 4 points is a complete joke.

    I can understand your point there about the margin making it worse than it really is but in that Fury/Mcdermott, I had big bad John 3-4 rounds up + it was only a 10 rounder so it was slightly worse imo
