    Matthysse won that.

    Disgraceful outcome.

It's a robbery. Petty robbery, but still a robbery. 96-93 Alexander was a sham of a card.

Bunch of BS. Don't fight in Alexander's backyard! Both Kotelnick and Matysse lost unfairly to this bum. Stop showcasing this bum HBO!

Robbed twice in the US already. What a shame.

Alexander has three consecutive losses in my book.

I know it's completely unrealistic. But if fans boycotted beneficiaries of robberies, it would take away the incentive to pay off judges. It's impossible but it would be great if boxing fans had the integrity to do that.

It was a fairly close fight, I think, mainly because of how busy Alexander was but if you compare the number of hurtful punches, add in the knockdown, the aggression and everything else, and it's hard to have Matthysse losing. His defense and technique was better than Alexander's, so it's not like he was being outboxed bar the big shots either.

Terrible decision. In a 10 round fight with someone as busy as Alexander, the scorecards won't be totally one sided but Matthysse was the clear and deserving winner.

There was one swimg round early but all the other rounds were easy to score. Any way you add it up, if you being honest Lucas won that fight. At worst it could have been a draw

I hope we see him again on HBO soon. He deserves these big fights and has been very unlucky in his last two. He should be in line for a world title shot, I think, or at least a bout to raise his profile and look great in.

**** like this pisses me off, alexander was running for his life half of the fight. I feel bad for lucas, the guy even said he's doing this for glory, alexander has now lost 3 fight in a row.

It is annoying because Alexander, a guy who is clearly undeserving of big fights, will get even more chances whilst Matthysse will probably be lucky to get on HBO again in his next bout, considering how packed 140 is. It's bull**** that Alexander will continue to make big money whilst Matthysse will be 'the opponent' yet again.

I def. dont agree with the 96-93 score, but I had Alexander winning a real close one 95-94 taking the last two rounds which he needed. He was in action throughout the whole fight even when he was hurt except for that one round. This could have been a draw which I thought would have been acceptable as well. I wont call it robbery like so many are but a real close decision.

    Matthysse was clearly robbed.
We in Australia had the international feed with Don King announcers & even they conceded Alexander lost 96-93.
