adamek's not great, but he's good. i think he's one of the better challengers out there. this is a legitimate defence for vitali.

of course adamek isn't a big puncher at heavyweight... he's a former light heavy for crying out loud. fighters still have to respect what he brings... chris arreola did.

i disagree about michael grant... the guy has punching power. he's shot to ****, and doesn't use it much these days - but he's still got power on the end of those shots.

adamek's not going to beat vitali, but he'll put up a respectable performance. a lot better than any of vitali's opponents over the last three years.
