Lewis wins by KO in 6 rounds. I think the fight would be too close to call, however once Lewis lands a big shot Wlad would go into defence mode and eventually get KO'd.

 

Lennox was the champion and NEVER gave Wlad a shot. When it became obvious he was ducking the Klitschko brothers, Lennox decided to fight the less talented of the two.

Prime for prime, Wlad would have beaten Lennox badly. All defensive fighters get pummelled by Wlad.

Styles make fights. Wlad's style and ability doesn't mesh well with any decent fighter. Decent fighters are all wrong for Waldo, so great ones are even worse.
