Lewis wins by KO in 6 rounds. I think the fight would be too close to call, however once Lewis lands a big shot Wlad would go into defence mode and eventually get KO'd.
Lennox was the champion and NEVER gave Wlad a shot. When it became obvious he was ducking the Klitschko brothers, Lennox decided to fight the less talented of the two. Prime for prime, Wlad would have beaten Lennox badly. All defensive fighters get pummelled by Wlad.
The only problem with your dream result is that Lennox could have actually DONE it, but decided to say no to the huge payday against an already famous Wladimir Klitschko. He was afraid.

1. Yea, you could say that. 2. For realz player? For the record, anybody with half a clue about both fighters would choose LL by devastating KO in the first 4 rounds. Styles make fights. Wlad's style and ability doesn't mesh well with any decent fighter. Decent fighters are all wrong for Waldo, so great ones are even worse.
