WBF/WBO unification on the way :happy

Seriously though, some good scraps to be had. Sykes has been rather fortunate to keep that British title imo. Thought Morris beat him and Johannsen almost got him out of there. Would like to see Buckland have a proper scrap at SFW since the priizefighter. I still think Paul Appleby can be a quality fighter and Foster can still be a force imo if he gets himself fit.

I think Pajo has the beatings of Sykes, him and Appleby could be a very good scrap.

If he drops back down to feather himself and Lindsay would be great for the Irish title, never mind the British. Think Lindsay beats him though.

Dunno if Pajo has the right style for Smith, I dont rate Smith but think he beats Pajo

A fight against 1 of the Walsh's would be a good fight. I think Pajo wins it but I dont think ****** would want to risk them against Pajo. They could nearly do a bill on the Walsh brothers v the Hyland brothers I am almost certain there is a brother in each weight division that they fight in.

Nope, that's Paulie who is 25. Patrick is 27, Eddie 30 but now a light-middleweight coming down. Hyland - Smith could be made with Brian Peters (Hyland's manager) involved with Joe Gallagher's gym so much recently with Matthew Macklin.

Would like to see Hyland v Lindsay but neither want to face each other unless there's something big on the line. I gather the WBF is not enough to tempt Lindsay. They are mates too.

He is average. Only beat Sassou 58-56. No way should he be allowed to fight for the british title.

Good point, we might aswell judge his entire talent level and career on losing two rounds in a six rounder:deal

In an empty venue against someone Quigg couldn't stop. I saw Hyland on Saturday against Frenois in Dublin and it was a very good performance, and he won every round. It would be interesting to see how he does against the best domestic talent in Ireland and the UK.

Quigg is a super-bantamweight and did alot better job and had him down. I don't rate Hyland.

Fair enough mate if you have seen him fight before, you're entitled to your opinion. I think he will peak at european level myself, no higher or lower. I do think there is a few very good fighters there at European level that could beat Hyland though:thumbsup
