Welliver has not had a fight against any1 ranked in the top 150 other than solis who cleaned him up..
Leapai has fought much,much better opposition his last few opponents in wilson walker and beck have fought for world titles or been in eliminators.

I think you are using the wrong expression there mate. Pound for pound is the way comparisons are make between fighters of different weights. Not comparisons within the one weight division.

 

bottom line..1)Leapai Meehan an Tua would beat Welliver.
2)Leapai Meehan and Tua have fought better opposition then Welliver.
3)Finally and most importantly in the boxing world,Leapai Meehan and Tua would put more bums on seats and make more dosh for promoters then Welliver.
