This is sparring...probably against a different gym's fighter. These are called, "Gym wars". It is okay. You are supposed to win and win aggressively. The other guy could have come in acting uppity and tough as well. We don't know the story. It is not that serious. Anne Wolfe is teaching what Cus Da Mato taught Tyson about toughness. It is not about being a friend to someone in the ring. Boxers are not trying to smile, hug and kiss opponents.
Man, Kirkland hit the dirt, got up and the other guy went to touch gloves, and Kirkland sucker punched him! That **** isn't right, granted "defend yourself at all times" and all that, but it is sparring after all. I've had many a rough gym war, but there's always the common decency to touch gloves.
what's so bad? the guys getting paid to spar but in his case get beat up. kirkland wants work and this guy aint providing it. dont come to spar if you dont know how to. and this is nothing compared to that ****ing bully seagall who broke someones arm in training...purposely. i read that he wanted to train with couture so couture let it be known for real that if he tried to break something and make a name off him but didn't succeed that he was going to beat the **** out of him and physically hurt him. lost whatever repsect i had for the hair-spray-on, self-proclaimed god steven seagall.
That was bad mostly because his sparring partner was DONE and would have been stopped by the ref if it was a real fight. Sad stuff.
No...it wasn't Vera...it was the WBO Youth champion, Raul Casarez trained by James Gogue...James is one of the best unknown trainers in boxing. Raul was a club fighter before he met James Gogue!!
if he was a guy from a different gym anne wolf wouldnt be feeding him water you dumb ****s. kirkland is an ******* and im glad he got knocked out by that feather fisted nobody.
He's a ****ing tool. I was so glad that jap guy knock him the **** out. In fact I celebrated that evening :deal
