If Wlad went back to Fritz Sdunek, he'd become a balls to the wall offensive machine, again....... We can't have that because...............

On second thought, BRING FRITZ BACK!

Yep the old Wlad getting KO'd by a semi-retired boxer-golfer or put the sleep by Brewster. :D

It was between rounds on the Euro feed of the fight I watched. People were talking about it after the fight on various boxing boards.

What kind of ******* tells his brothers COACH to shutup? Does he understand the role of a trainer? Vitali is always outside the ring over Wlad's shoulder telling him **** in between Manny, most likely undermining what he's saying.

    Certianly.

As offensive a machine as younger Wlad was, he was suseptible to a good counter gameplan, as we saw.

Steward, like him or not, has made Wlad close to being unbeatable, and certainly unbeatable by any of the current heavies.

Honestly, how awesome is the line: 'Lewis, who was my greatest heavyweight'

A double FU. Implying: I think he's better than you and as for you; just remember he beat your knowitall ass and shredded that ugly mug of yours.

I agee with your posts, as you're the only logic based poster like me
participating in this gossip column of a thread. Yes, manny has made
many improvments in wlad's game and while it may annoy some fans
it's highly effective and quite pleasing to a purist who loves indulging
in a wilely strategy. While I do like the kiddo Wlad that beat down
journeyman like a young extremely tall tyson, that Wlad can't go 12
rounds. This wlad is, like you said, unbeatable.

This spells out bad news for Wlad, especially with the reports we have read here and there about Manny and Wlads recent issues.... not a good sign going into a fight with a guy who does really want them belts.

Can't stand Manny. Watch the fight when Brewster KO'd Wlad.. Manny was telling Wlad before the round he was doing good and should KO Brewster. Wlad was frigging purble from exaustion and could hardly stand int he end of the round. That moron didn't even notice.. should have told Wlad to hang in there and do whatever to get his breath back. He also makes excuses for this fighters and talks utter nonsense.
Vitali also got pissed at Roach when he was training Wlad when he was teaching him how to hold on etc. Rember Roach saying that Vitali said holding wasn't a part of boxing.

Manny did an excellent job since taking over, hands down there is no question about that. Klitschko was a totally different fighter before. He also comes across as a calm/friendly person, claims even to read these forums...

    However:

1.) The Chambers-Wlad fight was telecast on HBO- even the HBO commentators said Manny has his own agenda as he IS on the HBO team. Was that Manny the HBO commentator or Manny the trainer?

2.) The irony being Manny created Wladmir's style dubbed "boring" by HBO among others, as he is silent the entire fight, waiting until round 11/12 to lose it and scream at his fighter to be more aggressive in front of HBO fat cats.

3.) Another concern that no one has brought up yet was the Jermain Taylor/ Steward Saga, which casts further shadows of doubt over Manny's dedication to his fighters vice his personal $$ gains.

    Interesting conspiracy theory regardless//
