    Just seen it there Matthews saying the money is the best and that the title is the most important thing. Nice to hear that.

    Derry Matthews looked explosive last time out, I pick Rees at the moment but not a confident pick.

    I think Derry wins this if he can deal with Rees workrate for the first
    half of the fight. His jab could be the difference. Can someone throw
    the odds up when they come out please, gonna back Derry as early as
    possible.

    the crolla fight should have been the one made with him being british champion

    i find it strange that derry gets this fight when he hasn't beat anybody of note lately, he has won his last 3 but against what kind of opposition?

    George Watson: 8 wins 4 losses 2 draws. i suppose he could have been a keep busy fight.

    Amir Unsworth: 13 wins 3 losses 1 draw. has been beat by everybody with a winning record.

    Scott Lawton: 27 wins 7 losses 1 draw. the best of his last 3 wins but in all honesty lawton was shot and the only person he beat in his last 5 fights was against derry.

    although i agree derry deserves a shot at a title i think it should have been the british or commonwealth, there must be more deserving fighters in europe to fight rees for this title.
