...come on now Judah beat Spinks in the rematch then lost 2 fights later to Baldomir the worst title holder in about a decade, and yes he's fought better competetion but he lost to them - Mayweather, Cotto, Clottey etc. I myself am not a Brit and I dont think Khan's all that, but Judah's always been a great example of wasted talent he's like a exploding hand grenade and now he's old and his speed isn't as good as it was etc. I wouldn't bet on him.
judah is far more predictable than maidana, all he looks to do is land the left. not to mention maidana is relentless in his attack every second of every round, and khan with his shaky chin had to be on his toes all the time.
Judah with Whitaker in his corner is more focused and more prepared for opponents. Khan is in for a surprise.
I'm from the UK and i predict Judah to knock Khan out. Judah is fast, elusive, has one punch KO power and is coming into this fight focused. If Khan is fighting the same way he fought against Mccloskey, he is going to be knocked out. In round 2.
Boxing fans are among the most forgetful of any sport's fans. How in the hell is Khan gonna KO Judah? He doesn't have anywhere close to the one-punch power, accumulation, and body attack of Miguel Cotto. Not even remotely close. And I know you can't judge a fighter by one performance, but that fight shows a lot about the supposed glass jaw and weak heart that people claim Judah has. Speaking of forgetful, everyone omn here talking about that whole chicken dance act like they don't remember what happened that fight. Zab was hit square on the jaw by one of the harder punchers at 140, and jumped right up instead of trying to take a 7 or 8 count. He was fully conscience and even protested the fight being stopped. Hardly the signs of a fighter with a glass jaw who didn't want to go any further. Khan is going to have to sit on his punches to get Zab out of there. Question is, after he tastes Zab's power, and realizes that he has deceptive one-punch speed, will he be willing to open himself up by sitting on his punches a little? And also, Khan is no Margarito-2008. It's not as if he is some momnster who will eat punches and put relentless pressure on his opponent as the fight goes on. Especially an opponent who can put his lights out at any second of the fight.
Yet he [Khan] managed to stop Paulie. Something which Cotto couldn't do. Floyd had nowhere near the punching power of Kosta, yet he managed to stop Ricky. Something which Kosta never managed to do. That said, if Khan wins, I think it'll be by points. However, a stoppage is not that unreasonable.
Judah has no chance in this fight whatsoever, don't know why people seem to think he punches harder than Maidana, he doesnt. Judah actually has a much less frustrating style for Khan than someone like McCloskey, I see a wide UD, possibly a late stoppage a la Malignaggi
You joking right?????I mean Amir's no world beater, and to be quite honest he's the most protected fighter in the top of the 140 division
he's had 5 fights, he's fought kotelnik, pauli, maidana. who should he have fought. Bradley ducked him, he is now facing a dangerous fighter in judah, he's no world beater but khan isn't a protected fighter
I don't think Khan will KO him.. Probably not even TKO.. It will go the 12.. Not really bothered who wins.. I would just love to see a very competitive Judah..
