    Cotto has one of the best resumes in terms of consistency against ranked opposition of his generation. His skills and natural talents are far more developed than Ortiz's.

    I think they're about the same, hard to say which one is better. Cotto is overrated. He feasted on lowly fighters for vacant belts, got a controversial win against Mosley, quit against Margarito, another controversial win against Clottey. He's solid but he's not this elite fighter that people tried to make him out to be.
