I apologise, I did actually get that wrong. Floyd never stated that Pacquiao agreed to the tests, but I'll admit I was wrong about that. I was fishing around for the thread that stated that and couldn't find it, nor a news source so I don't believe it's actually true. Still though, Pacquiao has stated and Roach that he will actually take the test. The reason Floyd won't have confirmed this is because they're not in negotiations. But feel free to rip me apart for getting that wrong and posting that in big red bold letters, I set myself up for that. Mistake on my part.
