Both men are in their prime, in the best shape of their career. I think nobody will do a major mistake in the fight. So the better men will win and that is by all respect to Haye, Klitschko.

    Lets look at it closely:

    Punch:

Both men are hard punchers, but Klitschko showed he can KO every HW in the world.
Haye KO´ed a lot of Cruisers and blown up Light-Heavy. In the HW he made trouble to his opponents, but he never did a one punch KO.

    So Klitschko advantage.

    Handspeed

Haye has tremendous handspeed, but Klitschko who is often called robotic, has equal handspeed. He will connect on Haye.

    Equal

    Footwork:

Klitschko is a very good mover for a 6`6 guy. Haye sometimes is flatfooded and loses balance sometimes.

    Advantage Klitschko.

    Combos:

Both men are onedimensional in their punch output.

Klitschko does straight 1-2 or left hook. Recently he took the Uppercut to his repertoire.

Haye is equal. Straight 1-2 combo but he likes to trow a wide right hook or cross and if he misses he throws the left hook after it.

    Equal

    Reach/Height

    Klitschko advantage.

    Defensive:

Klitschko meanwhile has a extremely good defensive. When did he was hit flush the last time. Must be Peter in 2005.

Haye has definitively flaws in that departement. He is often open after his punches and sometimes he relies too much on his body movement and slipping punches. Thats too risky vs. Klitschko.

    Advantage Klitschko.

    Corner:

Well Manny stewart is much more experienced then adam Booth. Hands down.

    Advantage Klitschko.

    Chin:

I think Hayes chin is better then some people think. But its not better then Klitschkos and no more then mediocre for Heavyweights.

    Equal.

    Experience:

People say Klitschko never boxed somebody as good as Haye. Thats true. But Haye never boxed somebody as good as Klitschko. The difference between both "step-ups" is not comparable. Klitschko boxed guys like Byrd, Ibragimov, prime Peter. Haye is only a little bit better as them. Hayes best opponents are Enzo, Mormeck or Ruiz. Klitschko is a league better then them.

Further Klitschko is experienced in huge fights. Haye....is not. After all the talk a lot of pressure is on Haye. He could have it easy as an underdog, but now there a expectations he has to fulfill.

    Advantage Klitschko

In the end, in these big fights were nobody wants to make a mistake, there are no surprises.

So i think Klitschko wins that one.

you should consider taking in account important things like determination, aggresivity and ringsmartness in which haye outclasses klitschko.. he is mentally stronger than klit, too.

if wlad fights his normal style he will find himself on the canvas in first rounds. he is just to predictable with his 1-2 grab

    Handspeed equal? Really?

    And Wlad's footwork is poor.

No it's not. Wladimirs footwork is just about perfect for what he does, even Lennox has said as much.
Compare this to Haye who has suffered knockdowns in the past (Barrett) simply due to being completely off balance. Haye's footwork is one of his biggest flaws.

I would give Haye the slight edge for handspeed though. But as the vastly smaller fighter, that pretty much translates to an advantage for Wlad anyway.

When it comes to movement Haye's footwork is superior. Balance is another issue, im talking about the ability to get in and out, move laterally etc.

Wlad will win by pure dominance, 1-2 combo maybe a left hook and clinch all 12 rounds

yo huge ***** ****, you should know that boxing is 25% physical preparation and 75% mental.. wlad is a mental midget that is why haye challenged him and not Vitaly.

    No, no, no ... :patsch

Haye went for Wlad because Wlad is the bigger scalp. Wlad is actually a bigger threat against Haye than Vitali, because Wlads punshes are sharp and powerfull. Vitaly is a tough man, but at this age he is to slow and hits to soft to defeat a prime natural athlete like Haye.

And Wlad is disiplined, dedicated and intelligent. He got back from earlier losses in a convincing manner. Hardly a mental midget.

I know this is the Internet, but give it some more thought before you post.

You forgot to take into account that Haye is just better.

    Haye by TKO this weekend.
