Honestly.....I'm not surprised at all that Shane would say something like this. After his running and embarrassing performance, Shane has to blame something other than his lack of heart. Plus...Shane already posted on his twitter account that "ex Sparring Partner" story.:rofl Of course he looks completely desperate and Floyd just putting Shane on blast.:yep I love it!

Negotiations are about give and take. "I'll take the test, but I get to choose the ______" would be the way to go.

Floyd is reported to make up to 40 mill on his fight with Victor. Yep, he's definitely on his way to welfare.

Come on now, keep it real. Floyd is about as close to going broke as Pac is.

Pacquiao is lucky so many people hate Mayweather. Manny has been lying his ass off and no one calls him on it due to their opposition of Mayweather. This guy claims that getting his blood taken is such a tramatic experience that he needed a 30 day cutoff date. If it was such a big issue for him, then why the hell did he forget that he a took a blood test 24 days before the Hatton fight just a few months earlier?

My favorite excuse is when he tried to claim that getting his blood taken effects him more than Floyd because Floyd is bigger. Let's ignore that the two are basically the same size. That being said, that's one of the most idiotic things I've ever heard. You'd have to be boderline ******ed to believe that nonsense. Everyone assumes Mayweather is lying about why he's requesting these tests and claims he's scared of Pacquiao. Meanwhile, they believe every idiotic excuse that Pacquiao comes up with for why he won't take the tests.

Right now the NFL wants to insitute blood testing in the CBA. Can you imagine if the players said that they didn't want to do it because having their blood taken will weaken them? Can imagine if they said they would only do it if they could not only pick out how many times they are tested but also the date they were tested? I can tell you right now, no one would be backing them and villifying the NFL like is the case with Mayweather and Pacquiao.

just curious what some people who are knowledgeable about the subject have to say...

If Paquiao is indeed using PED's, what are the benefits that he'd gain from them in the ring? How much of an advantage theoretically could he have over Floyd? What exactly would these PED's enhance?

did he or did he not accept 50/50 last time? and from what i have heard money has not been an issue..thats all i can go off of.

List of rules..what fighter dont come with some set of demands Pac had some too....Floyd accepted...the only one they didnt agree was testing....im not getting into that one because its a hamster wheel with alot of you when debating it.

Speed, strength, and endurance. They're not called performance enhancers for nothing.

Reportedly. That's hardly true. Besides, Floyd owes a lot of money plus his spending habits won't help him.

I had been under the impression that their use was mostly beneficial to training. Just wasn't sure how big of an advantage they'd actually give as far as attributes such as speed or punching power, although endurance I could definitely see.

As far as speed and endurance, Pacquiao doesn't seem to have significantly increased in these aspects over the past decade has he? Even in punching power, his power was seemingly reduced with the bigger guys. He hasn't had a one punch knockout since Hatton, and a big part of that was how Hatton lead in. He didn't even knock out David Diaz in such a fashion who was a punching bag all night.

No, but he hasn't decreased in those areas either which is what usually happens when you move up as many weight classes as he has in that short period of time. Pretty much everyone Pac has faced at WW talks about how hard he hits. No does this mean, Pac is on something? Absolutely not. I'm really not interested in debating whether or not he's on PEDs. However, drug testing is holding up this fight. Pacquiao's reasons for not wanting to be tested are laughable. He's clearly lying about why he doesn't want to take the tests.
