Haye's a good fighter. No doubt about it. Why trash Haye? Wlad's a great fighter. Trashing Haye doesn't add to Wlad's credentials. I agree we need to respect these guys that have the guts to step into that ring. I think the ONLY guys that have the right to trash talk are the fighters themselves, either to sell the fight or get a psychological advantage over their opponent. All's fair in love and war. But the rest of us should tip our hats to the guys in the ring.
Stop getting all excited and making a fool out of yourself. I am certainly NO Haye fan. If you had bothered to read through the thread you would see I can't stand Haye. I don't give a **** who wins this fight, I only want to see who wins so I can laugh at the group of people who made idiots of themselves. I also don't give a **** what the reasons were regarding why Wlad didn't fight Chisora and Haye didn't fight Wlad. You could argue Haye ditched the first fight because Setanta went bust, or not. I really don't care.
You make me laugh. You're too funny! You post about David Haye more than anyone else on the entire forum! :rofl Did he come in your mouth or something?
Honestly, I won't even try this site on Saturday night because I know it will just crash, but I can't wait to log on here on Sunday and see a mass exodus of usernames. Those that stay will be taunted and ridiculed. Those that try and give excuses will be laughed off the site.
The respect is there and if it's not then it will be here in 30 hours time (apart from the really bitter Wlad fans crying about the defeat)
one thing i dont get is how everyone hates on hayes trash talking.....if youre not a fan of his fine but do you really want everyone in boxing to be dull/respectful fighters? the variety is important to boxing and i personally enjoy it.
Whilst he has overstepped the line in the trash talking the hospital thing wasnt such. Why? Because Haye says he's going to KO Wlad. And often when a fighter is KO'd they get sent to hospital afterwards for a check up after a concussion.
He's got my respect. He's doing everything on Klitschko's terms, hardly anyone gives him a chance, it's the fight we wanted and it's the fight people thought he was scared of taking. What's not to respect. He still won't get respect from some on here, even if he sparks Wlad sensationally. That's the cynical, modern day sports fan for ya.
Sam Peter has fought Wlad twice, and people still say Peter was rubbish. I do respect Haye, and believe he's going to go in there and give his all. He believes in himself and is in great shape. I don't think he's good enough to win. This will probably be a mismatch.
