Both guys can pose a serious threat and its call a "punchers chance" because that is the only thing I see both fighter being able to do to beat Floyd. Pac has a lot of speed but that can be neutralize by Floyd's speed and great defense. Ortiz has power but Floyd's defense can counter that power and use it against Ortiz all night long.

Ortiz easily. Manny is scared of needles. Imagine how scared he is of Mayweather.

Ortiz is not a bigger challenge but he is a challenge. Mayweather beating Ortiz would not prove that he can run over Pacquiao easier. They are different types of fighters. But this is boxing and time will tell. Ortiz has a good blend of speed and power and could serve him well. After all, Lamotta wasn't really more skilled than SRR but was able to get him once. I don't think Duran was more skilled than SRL neither.

Pacquaio is the fastest fighter alive today. He hits with amazing power for his size. There's no question he's the toughest challenge. He lands combinations people can't see coming, and according to Mosley, he can knock you senseless with six-inch punches.
Ortiz is physically bigger, but not as fast, not as good foot work, not as strong and doesn't hit has hard.
    This is a no brainer.

I know you're hyping up Ortiz here as a credible opponent but you end looking like dumb idiot and mentally ******ed. You should stop making threads like this. I feel sorry for yourself :hi:

    ?????

Manny ain't a true welter maybe but he has a better chance of hurting Floyd. Just ask Mosley.
