    How do you know they havent? It was Floyd team who lied about negotiations a while back. Pac has said out of his mouth he'll agree to full- random testing. Arum said the blood testing isnt even an issue anymore. Either way, the testing is just an excuse. If Floyd is so dead set on it, and he knows it's a roadblock, it means he doesnt want the fight that bad. And we know at the worst, Pacquiao requested a 7 day, or maybe even 4 day cuttoff date. If Floyd cant accept that **** what does that tell you? The point is Floyd hasnt even tried to make the fight happen. He just says "well Im on vacation .. or umm we're waiting on Pacquia" Just EXCUSES , nothing more.

    yeah, it is probably a hint that he plans to fight till 38, even then 6/7 fights max but probably more like 3/4 I think.

    Why Floyd changed it from 14 days to up to the day of the fight ? What does that tell you ?

    I wish he showed this ambition after Hatton :D
    he would have won fighter of the decade if it wasn't for that retirement , but he probably needed it to let his body heal

    The cutoff isnt a roadbloack, its the testing. The cutoff is a compromise. There's two sides to a negotiation. A 4 day/7 day cuttoff is nothing. But in reality we dont know if the testing is still an issue. I'm not gonna believe it bc Floyd says so. The real issue is that Floyd doesnt even wanna talk to the other side. He just gives excuses. He had no problems making the Ortiz fight .. Whether it's his ego or he's just scared , he needs to sack up and make the f'ing thing happen already.
