Simply because pac continued to refuse and post fight of may-mosley before he left the ring he said "I want to fight pac but it test random up to the day of the fight or no fight" Then pac says he will agree to 14 day cutoff, So that tells me that 1. Pac's dirty(Which I dont believe) or 2. Pac doesnt want the fight. Easy

 

They put everything else out in the public including flat out lies.. Common sense would tell you they'd blast that **** out in the media if they called up his people and stated they would accept the testing without cutoff. :deal

Pac said it to who? I've still yet to see ANYONE say who the interview is with and where the entire interview of that youtube clip is... Arum said it's not an issue, then why wouldn't they contact Floyd's people and tell them that?! :huh How do you know it's just an excuse? You just WANT it to be an excuse...

No Floyd is not desperate enough to fight Pac if he believes he's on PEDS and he won't test without a cutoff.. Nobody should be that desperate. Floyd not accepting a 7 day or 4 day cutoff means he wants to insure it's completely random without a cutoff..... Why are you even arguing cutoffs if you say Pac's agreed?! :huh

After negotiations broke down and Team Pac went on to fight Clottey and Mayweather went on to fight Mosley, Mayweather stated his demand for ANY fight and if it's not made it's no fight. It's a non-negotiable demand... So expecting Mayweather to drop it as a means of 'trying to make the fight happen' isn't going to happen. You believe Pac agreed to the testing correct? So if Mayweather is stating the testing is the issue, shouldn't you be calling for Team Pac to put him in his place by calling him and his 'bluff'? :think

 

What tells you Floyd doesn't even want to talk to the other side? Floyd ONLY stated the blood testing was an issue... How hard is it for Team Pac to call his people and say we've agreed to everything so are we fighting next or not? It's not.... They rather say in the media it's Floyds fault and hope nobody uses common sense....

He's a world champ for 1 and for If he's a B class fighter then everyone in the division is a B class fighter except floyd and pac but Pacs the only one who wont agree to full randam testing with no cutoff
