Haye fought like a scared coward against old shot crippled feather fisted Valuev

Wladimir was afraid of fighting Valuev. He was the opponent that would have negated his most important attribute....height.

Holyfield is a brave ******* but what other option did he have? He's not got the stamina to move for 12 rounds. I still think he won though.

Klitschko dominated that fight with his left jab, clearly winning in terms of punches and ring generalship. It was a very wide UD, with almost none of the rounds being close. That's a lot different from Haye's win over Valuev.

 

I've been saying that for years, how a Klit never faced Valuev in the ring I'll never know. All I know is, Vitali lost againsed Lewis and so did Wlad with Sanders. I think it's safe to say, being of equal or larger size than either does have an impact.

 

There's no evidence that Wlad ducked Valuev. I think the issue was more about Valuev's backers -- especially Don King -- not wanting to send their cash cow to certain KO defeat.

 

As opposed to his right jab?

 

The Klits have wanted all the belts for years, so why did neither target Valuev and get his? I fail to see how Valuev was a 'cash cow' also.

Have you ever actually looked at the heights and reach of the Klitschko's opponents? I think you'll find that since they reached the top of the sport their opponents have more often than not been at least 6'3. It's a nonsense excuse in reality. in fact If i had to guess i would say that no other HW in history in title fights faced opponents as tall as the Klitschko's have.

Oh and the circus freak Valuev and his handlers turned down several great offers to fight a Klitschko.

 

A "scared coward" doesn't come out of the fight victorious.

 

You keep slapping your head, it might knock some sense into you. Name ONE fighter that was taller than Wlad or Vitaly that they faced.
