    It does not make sense why you should do uphills when you are fighting on a flat surface. It develops two different muscle groups.

    If you are built and fight like Tyson, it might makes sense because uphills develop the power but if you fight like PAC, mobility is the key and that is done through sprints and drill exercises on flat surface.

    There is a reason why basketball stars don't do heavy weightlifting with their arms, it mocks up the shooting touch. Different muscle group which is probably beneficial to a quarterback in NFL.

    That's not very productive man, unless you're light (as in 140lbs and below).
