the problem with boxers is they only have a couple of fights a year and the fans are most liklely not always the same fans at the fights so its impossible to make up new songs so everyone reverts to the old 'well known' songs where as season ticket holders at football teams or wheatever make up songs all the time that spread around the ground and then get sung weekly

An atmosphere doesn't have to be created by moronic drunken BRITS singing for David Haye... Great Britain can learn a thing or two from the Germans how to put together a classy event... Im talking Sound, Lighting, decoration, production value... No one comes close to the Germans in those areas.... I guess you will see later tnite how you make a huge production.:D

That's because their fighters are boring as **** so they have to make some part of the event exciting.

i dont really drink until after the sports event to be honest because once i start i end up pissing every 3 minutes....if people want to drink thats thier choice, ill tell you a story:

My friend is from Manchester, hes a Manchester United fan, when Man Utd got to the champions league final in 2009 (i think) it was out in Moscow (thats russia by the way), so he got himself a visa, got the money together, got a ticket and went out to Russia for the final, him and four of his friends went on the **** all day, got to the stadium smashed out of thier faces, they carried on drinking at the stadium blah blah blah then his friends went and found thier seats while he went for a ****, then entire game finished, the stadium was emptying and my friend had been missing since he went to the toilet before the game started. They went back to the hotel, no sign of him, a few hours later he turned up.....the stupid **** only went for a **** and passed out on the toilet, the cleaners couldnt get in so they booted the door off the toilet stall to get in, missed the entire game.

Yeah I'll never understand that. When Boro got to the Carling Cup final and the UEFA Cup Final I was always careful with my drinking so that I could actualy enjoy the game.

They're not hooligans. They get drunk and sing but they seemed like genuine fans of boxing to me. On sky news when the fans got interviewed most of them had good boxing knowledge. I never saw any of them wearing burberry, stone island or any other brand of clothing related to hooligans. The clothing was plenty of England shirts and some fancy dress...TERRIFYING!

I have to agree with you there, the UK fighters are more entertaining you know there will be action when boxers like Khan or Haye box, afterall its very likely you will see glass getting shattered. I just hope Haye takes his beating like a man tonight and don't quit until he is stumbling around trying to get up from a knockdown.
Unfortunately I'm pretty sure he will quit between rounds to avoid the humiliation.
