Pac-EM II was a great win, just like EM-Pac I was. Let's be fair.

Do you have a link for this? Coz all I can lookup is him being 0-1-1 with Pac. Or do you have your own boxing federation? :rofl

It avenged a loss, something that couldn't be said of Torrecampo and Singsurat.

I place great value to it, no matter how much the opponent declined.

That is why Lewis victory over McCall is important, even if McCall really wasn't mentally in it in the second the fight, and it made Jones Hopkins II not totally irrelevant.

    I'd say good to great.

People like to ***** about the second despite the fact that he did it again in the third even quicker. That's got to count for something.

somewhere between a very good win and a great win. morales lost at 135 where he was not proven at the time. pac was losing the 2nd fight until his body work took effect and eventually wear morales out and stopped him.

did you even know that it was pac who first stopped the iron-chinned warrior in morales? and the other fighter to stop him was .... ooops even the hard-hitting maidana failed to stop him at 140 where morales was supposed to be 6 years past when he was declared shot after the 3rd pac fight.

I would say it would be an OK win were it not for the fashion Manny did it in--that bumps it up to good for me. Erik still had quite a bit left in the tank despite losing to Raheem.

I think the third fight is not meaningless, either. It would border on good to me as most consider Erik completely done by then, which he was not.

How the **** can it be meaningless when Morales was in the fight early on and causing similar problems to Pacquiao as he did first time out.

The 3rd was pretty much meaningless, but ask yourself this, had Pacquiao not re-matched and beaten Morales, even after the Raheem loss, would his resume be better or worse for it?

    It was a good win.

great win...considering pac got controverssial draws with sanchez and marquez then got beat by erik...pressure to win was just as great and it showed early as morales was outboxing pac....then knocking out EM was just icing on the cake....

5 years later, Morales is going toe to toe with the best puncher in the light-welterweight division, but Pac's win over him is meaningless because he was shot.

You couldn't even make up garbage like this!!

OK guys, I admit that I'm just a casual fan so there are things I don't understand. But I can't find any official result showing that Marquez ever actually beat Pac. Does anyone have a link?
