    Alright,

I have been a wlad fan now since before the sanders fight, its awesome to see him at the point now where he is having a fight that, like it or not, will do a large part of determining Wlads legacy, he now has his 'defining' fight that every great fighter wants.

Now, I have to say that I think Haye is immensly, immensly dangerous in this fight. I think Hayes biggest factor will be his left hook..... I can see him bothering Wlad with it a bit early on. And with Haye brining the power to hurt wlad, the speed to land it, the will to win, and the ability and just being the athlete he is, Wlad will not be safe in any round and I will be on the edge of my seat every second.

However, I have to feel that Wlad will control the space, Haye will lunge in with punches and either be tied up, or hit.... he might rattle Wlad early on, but I think Wlad will show some resilience in this fight, ala Sam Peter 1, and then will start to dominate more and more as the fight goes on....

I think one thing Haye will be surprised on is just how strong Wlad will be.... once Haye slows down a little, and it starts to get more physicial, I really think he will get worn down by Wlads strength, and realise those clinches arent as easy to avoid as he thought they would be.

I think David Haye will say after the fight
"He was immensly strong, stronger then I thought he was going to be"

I think he will start closing in on Haye around the 6th or so, and will be punishing haye in the 7th, until the fight gets stopped in the 8th or 9th with.... im not sure if Hayes corner will save him, or if he will get properly TKO'd, but I dont see it going the distance either way.

I gotta say, This is the first fight in a looooooooong time, where it has that *it* feeling to me....

While I am rooting for Wlad, above all, I am hoping for a good fight. Hats off to both these guys for making this fight happen.... and lets all look forward to a great night of heavyweight boxing tomorrow!

10 round fight (learning after the mistake I commited by thinking Alexander-Matthysse was a 12-rounder, I knew it was a 10-rd. fight during the 3rd round of the fight).

That's exactly what I wanna know. If there's some sort of worrying info I might very well change myself.

Regarding wlad haye i'll give my piece.

I don't follow specific boxers anymore and the last boxer I was truly a fan of was prince naz.

Pascal and valero came close but I was never really a fan of them.

I'm a fan of two things, the underdog and english boxing. Tonight these two intertwine. I mean I honestly suspect that come the middle rounds, if haye's competitive, he'll have a hell of a lot of people rooting for him because EVERYONE loves a good upset.

That being said i'm also a huge fan of boxing history and to have a scenario whereby 2 brothers hold every recognised belt between them is an amazing story. If wlad beats haye he holds 4 of the 5 major belts. Something he should have been recognise for since 09 really.

I truly believe win or lose wlad gets remembered as a great. Back in 09 we'd have had the number 1 heavy v the cruiser champ. Tonight we have the heavyweight champ unifying belts. A champ who has ruled for 5 years now. I don't conform to a belief that wlad's legacy gets shot if he loses; he turned from a joke to the best heavyweight on the planet. Something he's been now for 5 years running. Nothing can take that achievement away from wlad.

Tonight I find myself in a win-win. I either see an englishman become the best heavyweight since lewis or I see a beautiful boxing story reach it's climax. What more could I want?

    Enjoy the fight guys.

Yea, I just barely got through, just saw your post just now. With the fight about 8 hours away or so, so, let's just stick with the original bet.

To everybody: Big event just hours from now. Hopefully, the site doesn't explode  If it does and we never see each other (in an internet sort of way  ) it was fun while it lasted. :good

It's not a legit win by Haye! It was raining and the canvas was slippery, that's why Wlad couldn't move effectively!
