I've done the old classic of putting most of my money on Wlad. Win-win. But seriously, come on Haye! I think Haye has to jump him pretty early; past round 4 I see Haye really struggling. Realistically, I see Wlad stopping him a lot earlier than he usually does and Dave being very gracious in defeat:good

The poll is now closed! 406 people voted

    Wlad UD - 24 (5.91%)
    Wlad T/KO - 172 (42.36%)

    Haye UD - 9 (2.22%)
    Haye T/KO 201 (49.51%)

So Haye just edges it with nearly 52% of the vote :think

To be fair a 52/48 split slightly favourint Haye on a British forum (even though not all on here are British) is pretty good, especially as the fight is being billed worldwide as a pick 'em.

First problem of the night for me though.. just went to order the fight through the remote only to get that bloody 'insufficient funds' message.. thinking back though I have managed to get the last 3 pay per views I 'bought' without paying

Ordered online but now presumably won't be able to record or rewind at any time :-(

From Jim Lampley in Germany: Conditions very questionable. Rain is falling, sky is totally grey, stadium is wet but ring is covered and dry.

More from Lampley: Based on ring surface only I would say fight could take place but far from ideal. Air is heavy and damp.

Just seen Craig Slater and Jim Watt on SSN. They were in the ring talking and it doesn't look that bad. Cos of the canopy the ring's protected from the rain.

My guess is that after some cagey opening rounds Wlad wins around the 8th having caught up with a slowing Haye. I think Haye can hurt Wlad but I'm still not convinced he has the awesome power many do (I just keep thinking back to Bonnin, Barrett, Ruiz keep getting back to their feet after each knockdown.) That said I just can't envision a post fight aftermath of Haye humility after a defeat so I keep waivering.

Weather could play a factor today in Germany for the Klitschko vs Haye fight. (Photo by Alexander Hassenstein/Bongarts/Getty Images)
Today's Wladimir Klitschko vs David Haye fight is far from likely to be canceled, but there is rain today in Hamburg, Germany, and the fight is outdoors at the Imtech Arena.

The hour-by-hour weather outlook from Accuweather.com has temperatures in the low 60s with high humidity and rain pretty steady all day. Dan Rafael of ESPN.com has this on Twitter:

Rain issue was discussed at Friday rules meeting. IF fight had to be called for weather before 4th round ended it would be a no contest.

    Rachael Cordingley has this:

On way to the Haye fight. The weather is terrible! Everyone is going to be wet and cold tonight! x http://yfrog.com/h2s6jxjj

And the BBC's Ben Dirs adds this:

No danger of the fight being called off, they have a canopy over the ring. Not much of a canopy, apparently no-one wanted to pay for it...

It does not appear likely that the rain will cancel the fight, but Rafael also reports that they are discussing what to do if the rain is "THAT bad." Keep your fingers crossed, though it appears it would have to be truly substantial rain for anything to get called off.

Booth claims the scales were dodgy and Haye is 5lbs lighter making him 208lbs!
