Retire? One more fight then retire just to end on a win? Screw retiring and knuckle down trying to get himself in a mandatory position for another shot at either Klit?
After around £10 million in the bank from last night? To me, he very much worried Wlad, I'd go for a rematch. Haye very much took Wlad out the zone and Stewart was shjjing it thinking he'd blown it. Vitali is a different kind of beast even at his age.
Should either retire or failing that I'd love to see him smash up Adamek just to shut the Poles up that think he's good. Or Povetkin, that would actually give haye some legitimacy again, he looks a joke now.
It looks like Haye doesnt have the make up the beat Wladamir now, he doesnt have the ability the provide the punch output needed to pressure and tire him over 12 rounds. Haye's fitness for whatever reason will just never reach the level where he can throw 60+ punches a round. Nor for that matter is he a good body puncher. There were time when Wlad just covered his face with his right when Haye charged him, a few well placed bodyshots could have brought that arm down to create more of an opening and a larger target to hit.
At the end of he day, Haye is a very good Cruiser and that's where he belongs. Like Adamek, neither of them belong in the division above, though I'd love to see Haye throw caution to the wind in the HWs. Truth be known, Hide did as well in the HW division as Haye.
Haye's feints at times even had Wlad lowering his guard. Why did the overhand right land in the 12th? Magic, or did Haye feint the left hook and then throw the right. It was the most unpredictable thing he did the entire fight.
