Do you think Tyson is still eating some folks children?

Haye lasted longer than those three anyway.

Get over it, Haye, a cruiser, lost a fight on points. Big deal.

Wlad got a points decision in Germany, correct. In America he'd have got a points decision, in England, he'd have got a points decision. No one could score that fight to Haye, ever.

Mashed up face? You mean a bit of swelling and a nick under the eye, well this is heavyweight boxing, not a pillow fight. Haye had a fair bit of swelling too and took the most punches.

Tyson would have killed Buster Douglas.

Going into this fight Haye had (what seems like) almost everyone in Britain convinced he would knock out Vlad.

I was never a fan of how he was showing such disrespect for Klitschko during the build up. Yes, it added a bit of needle but come on man, have some manners!

I think if we look at the stats from the fight they do indeed speak for themselves. Haye had one hope and that was landing a big one.

His actual boxing was shite. Klitschko may have been cut but that means sweet F A. He totally dominated Haye. Haye is one of the biggest idiots in sport and equally as delusional as big Audley! The SkySports panel were having none of Hayes bull**** after the fight (unlike what we be spread all over the papers today I'm sure) and I particularly enjoyed that.

I remember the days when they 1st started Hayemaker promotions and a lot of posters thought that he would be able to realistically do all the crap he said. He thought he could get all his fights at the o2 and give the fans nothing but tough fights and then Setanta died and there was no plan b because their business plan was just smugness.

I couldn't be more disapointed with Haye. After all he talked about Wladimirs' opponents being fat and useless and fighting to pick up a paycheck, he put up exactly the same kind of performance as all those guys. He threw 24 punches a round, and with the odd exception the punches that looked dangerous were wild overhands that Klitschko could see coming a mile away. If anyone out there is willing to be objective have a look at the Sam Peter rematch last year, Peter came out much more agressively and had a more honest shot at getting the quick knockout win he knew he'd need than Haye did. It was a a middeling performance of the scale of Klitschko opponents and after all the talk that wasn't close to good enough.

As much as I like Haye and dislike Wlad I don't think anyone who watched the fight could argue that Haye won and be taken seriously.

It was just as humiliating for Haye to lose the way he did. I enjoyed Haye become the person he was calling bums for the last two years.
