Agreed! Wlad was spending his energi chasing Haye, why didn't Haye stay up and trade punches instead of running.....

Wlad didnt fight scared, he fought his usual typical style, he never engages in all out trenchware exchange, he looked no different tonight compared to what he usually does, jabbing away from ring centre

I think both could have done more but we pretty much expected a chess match. Well I did anyway, just with some TNT thrown in.

Wlad didn't fight scared at all, from the first 2 seconds of the fight he had Haye backing against the ropes.

neither. haye fought his usual fight but was outclassed. wlad tried to close the distance, but haye managed to stay out of range. just because they didn't have a massive tear-up doesn't mean they were scared. neither are natural fighters, they're boxers, who tried to box.

.... and as soon as he would stop backing up and was setting himself to throw something meaningful Wlad would already be the opposite side of the ring. Haye fought like he has always fought at heavyweight, Wlad has fought like he has always fought at heavyweight, your an idiot if you thought this fight would be any different and as Brighten Bomber has already kindly pointed out Wlad was the fighter who was far more negative than usual.:smoke

Haye is a fraud...a stiff...a *****!!! My toe hurts!!! Marciano was floored...cut...blinded for 3 rounds against Joe Walcott and behind on all score cards..then storms back to win the title in 1952...has his nose split open DOWN TO THE ****IN' BONE against Ezzard Charles in their 2nd fight in 1954...begs the ref not to stop the fight...then roars back for a KO win and keeps the belt!!! You wanna talk *****??? He's KING ****IN' WUSS!!!That's 12 round of my life I can't get back! WORST so-called WBA champ ever! Makes John Ruiz look like an all time great!!! Al least Ruiz had BALLS!!!

Wlad walks forward when there are no punches being thrown. Then when the other guy throws shots he leaps backwards in a straight line. A club fighter from the 80's 90's would give him hell. I have never seen anything like that on the big stage. Out of 12 rounds there was about 10 seconds of action that was 'in the pocket'. I despair.

    Thank you!

All the big talk by Haye and he finally gets his shot at the Champ and the only thing we get out of him is running scared for 12 rounds trying to cop a title.

Haye fought much more cautious but neither man is a '*****' Haye fought the best heavyweight in the world with a broken toe and I don't understand the hate for wlad he was pushing the action from round 1
