Wlad was pulling Haye's head down to his **** level every time Haye threw a right hand at him. Looks like Wladdy is missing Hayden bad.
Not really, it's Haye's idea of a right hand. Look at the ground, bend over, and swing wildly. That's why he's so insanely inaccurate, he's not even looking.
Again, did i not say whenever a fighter works his way inside he shits himself. Look at the 12 seconds after that punch landed the way he holds the head until he gains enough of an advantage that he can push Haye down again. Funny thing is it didnt look as if Wlad was too troubled he litrally panicked and the ref let him get away with it until his head recovered and felt safe again. Klitschko recovers well and starts to attack Haye with his longer punches again before Haye tries to answer back with a left of his own and then low and behold Wlad is pushing his head down again, fight again settles into the familiar pattern of Klitschko trying to take Haye's head off from a distance, Haye again obliges and comes out swinging and Wlad has clinched again, Haye rightly gets warned for the attempted rabbit punch yet Wlad gets away with nothing again, the fight actually ends with Wlad holding Haye's head to try and stop him punching. No question Klitschko deserved to win im not questioning that, but you have to be blind or very ignorant not to acknowledge the clinching tactics that Wlad is allowed to get away with.
There was one point in round 8 or 9 I believe when haye rushed in expecting a Wlad clinch, Wlad backed away without touching him, but Haye flopped to the floor regardless. This was quite obviously the "remedy" he and booth had planned for Wlad's holding. David Haye is a ****ing disgrace and his 260 punches in the fight = savior of the division? Get a life. You Brits need to find a better man to get behind. Christ sakes Froch is 10 times the warrior Haye is. but he's not a big enough piece of trash for you to get behind him , I guess.
I remember at least 2 of those flops when Wlad CLEARLY didn't press Haye down. After careful review I'm sure this number will grow considerably. Haye fell not because he was pressed, he fell because it was his the most effective boxing feature :smoke
Vlad was leaning on him, so what is he supposed to do? It was a clever thing to go down and not try to lift a 15kgs heavier body for 12 rounds. However what I don't like about it is when Haye did it I think twice going down on purpose hoping for a(nother) point deduction. That I don't aprove. And I don't know why the ref didn't break them when Vladimir was hurt in the 12th?? He let Vladimir clinch for like 10 seconds. That was some bull****. Haye's rabbit punching fits in the crappy department also. I don't like Haye and I firmly believe Vladimir won, not by such a margin, but he did based on aggressiveness. Haye landed the bigger punches (Klitchko's face) but too few of them, not willing to brawl and take a chance. Vladimir landed more but most were some grazing jab's. They both didn't do ****. Another funny this is, I'm seeing it this way now, how commentary influences peoples perception. HBO guys were saying how Vlad is way ahead and Haye ain't doin nothing. So here you have an army of folks basically repeating this. On the other hand, watching the fight on the Croatian television, commentators were praising Haye calling it a very close fight, even giving it to Haye (I don't agree). So you have the majority of Croatian and Slovenian public/boards saying Haye did very good and actually won. The media kills. So I suggest watching the fight without commentary. I did so and I had it around 8-4 Klitchko. Have to watch it again.
So at what point does Wlads holding become "enough is enough" its a smart tactic from Wlad il give him that, you still haven't answered my initial response...
