    :nonoI don't agree!
How did Wlad fight against Austin, Brock, Chagaev, Peter, Mercer to mention a few? He did indeed pull the trigger, didn't he?
It all depends of the opponent. If the opponentonly only is fighting defensive (like Ibragimov, Haye) and tying to not get KOed, then the fight gets boring....

:goodRight! Yesterday I was yelling at the tv for Wlad to go for the ko but later I realized, "Hey, he still won" and getting the W is the objective so he succeeded in that department. Ko's are nice but it's a bad idea to look too hard for one especially since Haye can hit very hard so I don't blame Wlad.

I didn't see the Ibragimov fight but in the other fights he could've finished them sooner but nonetheless he finished them. He was more active than I think he gets credit for against Chagaev as he was pressing the 1-2 combinations it's just that he didn't add anything to them as shown in this video below:

Still, he won the fight and got the stoppage so I can't really ask more from Wlad.

Now how is it with your boxingknowledge? Complete domination in the heavyweight the last 7 years! They're undisputed and have cleaned the division, and you consider them as bums:patsch

I see now, you are a dumb ass boxing fan that just started watching boxing because of the Pacman.

-Pernell Whitaker is one of my favorite boxer of all time. He was one of the most exciting fighters i ever watched. He would fight with this hands down, duck, dodge, and counter punch the **** out of his opponent.
-Larry Holmes wasn't boring he just wasn't Ali. Holmes could box and fight.
-James Toney is one of the best boxers of all time. There is nop way he is boring. When Toney was in his prime back when he was middle weight, he was a monster.
-Mayweather is not boring, the people he fight is boring because during the middle rounds they quit trying to win and Mayweather keeps attacking.
-Winky Wright wasn't a boring fighter he just lack power, he would make world class fighters miss punches and he would jab them to death.
-Chris Bryd in his prime wasn't boring he just lack punching power and he constantly faught people who outweighted him by over 40 pounds.

Dominance isn't exciting. People want drama. Some people are big ticket sellers, other fighters are the ones you watch on youtube the next day. That's just how it is.

People cant blame guys for being boring esp. if their opponents dont want to trade. The brothers are truly dominating and people should appreciate that. It's like Manny's fight with Clottey and Mosley were a waste of money and hype. Should we blame Manny or his opponents for not wanting to trade? People have to realize boxing is a science sport and defense is a part of it, for people to say guys like Floyd and Whitaker are boring is ridiculous. Then they must really not appreciate the art of it.

Agreed. I'm not a fan, but his style and craft should be credited and appreciated by anyone who genuinely likes the sport.

I think a true true sports fan appreciates a technical fighter. It's like a football team that runs all the time compared to one that passes all the time or watching a football game with a score of 56-49 compared to a 10-6 game.
