Heavyweight Division Needs New Weight Rules

    Once you are weighing over 200 pounds anyone can knock the other over. Brining this up just sounds like sour grapes that Haye lost nothing more, fact is if Haye had been good enough he would have beaten Wlad, there is no need for another fractionation within boxing.

    **** No. What we need is less weight divisions, remove cruiser, stipulate below 15% bodyfat so no tubby marshmellows.

    I stated this obvious fact weeks after the Klit girls came on the scene. The Mob doesn't wish to see these girls in any other weight category except HW where they will always enjoy a serious height and weight advantage.

    Just what boxing needs, more weight divisions :lol:

    The only changes they should make if they were to make any, is increase the cruiser division to 190lbs to 210lbs.... and make the heavyweight division 210lbs and above. If someone is weighing 215lbs and whatnot for a heavy fight and think its unfair they have to face big boys, then cut the 5lbs and fight at cruiser.

    But splitting the division into two groups is just another step in the wrong direction for boxing, and its taken enough of those already.

    No way, bad plan. Under your plan its still 24 pounds. Basically the same as last nights fight. Haye has been as heavy as 222. That weight would have put it at 20 pounds, 218 at your proposal of 24 pounds, its basically already there. No need to change a thing.

    Holyfield competed well against them but lets face it,hes got basically 4 losses against the 2 of them.

    Basically his entire heavyweight career was spent fighting against guys basically his size.He fought very few guys who outweighed him by any more than 10 lbs.

    Tyson,Byrd,Toney,Oquendo,Czyz,Moorer,Cooper,Rahman,Ruiz,Mercer,Ibragimov were all right around the same height and weight as him. All within 10 lbs
