cap HW at 230. no more weight classes over 230.
Boxing as a whole should put its foot down.

So many guys over 230 are just fat CW. You know why you don't see too many fat guys in the lower weight classes? It's because they have to make a limit. What some so-called HWs do is just disgraceful.

    Good idea

    3 divisions though

    Heavyweight 200-230
    Super Heavyweight 230-275
    Titanweight 275+

    That's fair enough I think.

I think you need the titanweights eventually because if you train a guy up who is Valuev's size with some talent to be a great fighter then that fighter is gonna be a serious problem for a Klitschko.

And what do you do with the likes of the Klitschkos? Bar them from fighting.

They're 240-250 and in great shape.

Boxing has too many weight divisions and too many belts.

Less is more and more exciting. We need one belt and one belt only, that alone would make boxing ten times more exciting as well as remove all the bull**** ducking that goes on.

Umm Holy is punch drunk because he kept fighting well beyond when he should have. Prime Holy would compete very well today.

I don`t agree. Talent and skill, levels the playing field. Haye certainly (for whatever reason) didn`t go after it. You take a prime Holy, or Holmes. Does anyone really think that Klits size would intimidate those guys ? The heavyweight landscape now is horrid ! The heavy`s are totally lacking in skilled fighters that truly want the title...

OH LOOK ADD MORE WEIGHT CLASSES

I seriously don't freaking get some of you.

If you add capweights, that ruins what the heavyweight division represents. This is the division that ALLOWS small men to challenge giants because every shot is powerful enough to KO somebody. That's what the HW is. Adding capweights if you don't add divisions also bars other huge men from ever boxing.

    And that's even more unfair.

I mean seriously, look at Dimitrenko and Valuev. SMALLER men beat the crap out of them. Nobody complains about weight disparities. Everyone praises it.

Huge guy beats on a faster small heavyweight, OH DUDE IT'S A CRIME LET'S ADD MORE WEIGHT CLASSES LIKE SUPER DUPER HEAVYWEIGHT AND JUNIOR HEAVYHEAVY WEIGHT. Damn.

The fact is 213 heavyweight said he could KO 243 heavyweight. If he believes he can why should you argue with him

How about we save time and do this............ Anybody in that weight range that was highlighted can lose enough weight and become a CRUISERWEIGHT~!! Why do you think the weight limit for CRUISERWEIGHT was raised to 200~?? Next thing you know, they'll raise the Cruiserweight limit to 205... Long story short, if these guys are too small to be HEAVYWEIGHTS, either suck it up and fight with them OR lose some weight and MOVE DOWN.... OR be like Solis and Arreola and Toney.. eat your way into the weight division...
