My opinion on why Haye versus Wad did not live up to the hype........................

I would much rather watch Sam Peter or Thompson, Brock..whoever vs Wlad.

Haye is the most infuriating fighter to watch when he fights a BIG man. Just horrible to watch.

I feel cheated, and I hate Haye. What the fans are feeling..well check his facebook page. :-(

This whole haye/wlad thing has really put me in a bad mood. Haye has hurt the hw division, he's hurt boxing.

Haye should've stood his ground more meaning he could've attempted to slip and parry right in front of Wlad to counter Wlad. Hayes style allowed him to depend on lunging, and Wlad didn't take advantage of the lunging because he was cautious as well.

Both fighters fought too cautious because they can't fight inside.

PPV is not a ridiculous concept. I'll take my chances knowing how one guy will fight AND......its my money, and my choice.:good

I watched it live! Good experience, but I felt let down after. Like I had bought into a piece of Haye's fantasy, his money making machine.

The whole Klitschko/Haye saga has been a total joke. Booth is a horrible trainer. Haye is a wanker. They planned this whole thing to make millions. Haye and his Hayemaker brand are just cringeworthy.

This is boxing, not some brand building exercise.

Seriously I'm MAD. This whole thing feels dirty and now Boente seems to want Vitali to fight Haye.

No thank you. Don't do it Boente, don't even think about it Vitali.
    :-(

    why? MONEY.

    This whole thing stinks.

Am I the only one feeling this way? It's been a ****ing circus, like some bad reality show. Where fame and money are the end game. Nothing more.

It was 100% a clash of styles, that's obvious.

Fans put too much hope into an ex-cruiserweight champion trying to ko the hvw champion. Of course that CW did have a big mouth which didn't help his cause from being criticized lol.

Maybe he did. Wlads fans are dissing Haye, and boxing fans are dissing both guys.

It wasn't **** because of the stylistic match-up, it was **** because neither man wanted to fight and one, Haye, REALLY didn't want to fight. Haye said that Klitschko was a boring, one-dimensional jab artist, and he was right on that count but dead wrong when he said he was going to bring a fight and expose him.

And hell, if he hadn't been concerned about having his glass jaw jacked he could have beaten him because Wlad had a helluva hard time timing and touching Haye and he was hit hard a coupla times by a guy who couldn't be troubled to throw more than one punch. Haye's chin, while still trash, was much better than I thought by actually withstanding a few flush blows and had he fought with more elan he might have made it interesting. Too bad he's got a glass heart to match his porcelain puss.

The only thing that I got out of the fight is what we already knew. The Klitschkos are easily the best HWs in boxing and compared to HW divisions from years past, this one sucks hairy balls from top to bottom.
