Klitschko-Haye was a much closer fight than the scorecards

Scoring was right but many rounds were pretty close. Like Arreola's trainer said; Klitschkos don't just win the fights, they also win the rounds. = experience.

You shouldnt score more than 3 rounds in favor of Haye.. And Wlad deserved to win since he landed more punches

I agree with your scorecard and Goerge Foreman. In terms of punches landing, I did not a notable difference between the two fighters. Both fighters were air punching.

Haye appeared less robotic and landed the harder shots. Wlad was busier and advancing, though I would not call him the agressor because he was too cautious himself.

Close fight. nearly every round was close expect the 9-10 which favoured Waldo.

I would add that rounds 2,5, 6 and 11th were also close. I only saw rounds 9-10 decisively for Waldo.

Waldo appeared to be much more robotic than Haye and also overly cautious. He was not able to establish the jab at all. He was missing lots of shots against the elusive Haye.

I do not understand what fight you guys saw. I saw a dull with two overly cautious fighters.

by that i take it you mean he was like a robot who had been programmed to box while haye resembeled a kangaroo who has been trained to hop backwards.

saying the fight was a draw either makes you a tragic attention seeker or seriously deluded.

Every time Haye threw a punch Wlad threw two and everytime Hayes punch hit Wlads punch hit twice. Just look at compubox.

Just a quick reminder, Haye did last the full 12, 49 have failed to do that!

I saw Wladimir winning comfortably, but some comfort can be found...let's look for some positives for once.

Haye was never hurt (his reactions/defense was not bad at all), yes the stats show Haye got hit by a great deal of jabs, but really, how many of them were flush? Haye was moving back on nearly each and every one.

Haye slipped practically all of Wladimir's power punches, I was impressed.

Haye actually beat Wladimir to the jab! Okay, only on a select few occassions! Something that, had he had the presence of mind in the ring to realise, he could have made more use of (really surprised me, but he just didn't risk it) Wouldn't have made a great deal of difference though.

Finally, Haye has definately increased the profile of HW boxing in this country, half of my mates didn't have a clue who Wladimir was, didn't know he had a brother etc etc, and i'm sure they're not alone.

His trash talking did boxing a favour, yes it's cringeworthy, but hey, boxing's back on the map! We're all talking about it!

    PS Well done Wladimir!

When you surrender the momentum in a fight, and fight the other guys fight, it generally never goes well for you, see Groves-De Gale for another example, De Gale allowed Groves to dictate the tempo.

No I scored for Waldo by one point and thought Waldo deserved the nod in a close fight (from 2-4 points accapetable) due to taking slightly over in the second half of the fight. I said it could have been a draw, to me it was not out of the question.

Throwing and landing are two different things. Waldo landed very few punches in the entire fight and the slick Haye made Waldo look robotic at times.

If the punchstats state different then I disagree with them.

Wlad only outlanded haye by 30-40 shots. And they were all jabs.

Power shots, it was very close.

Wlad controlled the fight, but it was a lot closer than German scorers are going to give you.

George Foreman had it to Wlad by 2-3 rounds, and I agreed

You seriously don't think Wlad is on steroids? (your avatar)

I was reading an article, on MMA.

Wlad looks as big, and as ripped as Haye

You know, it's not genetically natural, or possible.
