I was very impressed with Hayes head movement throughout. I will create a better quality version soon.

You mean Wlad would hide like a girl, behind his jab, for 12 rounds, against a guy he was 40 pounds heavier than.............

The fact that Wlad couldn't even put on an aggressive show against a cruiserweight is testament to his entire career

If only judges consider bobbing and weaving as points, Haye could have been the winner. But it's not....

I concur. Ironically, Haye did about as poor, and statistically worse, as Ibragimov. Everyone gives Wlad such a hard time about that fight, but if your opponent doesn't want to engage it is hard to knock your opponent out. The opponent to do the best against Wlad recently was Tony Thompson - BY FAR!

Neither wanted to engage in all fairness, I think it was pretty obvious that haye would be wary to engage with someone as big as wlad and i wasn't surprised with haye. I was , however surprised that wlad looked like he was unable to enage either. The fight was a stinker end of and yes bigger men have faired better against Wlad than haye did.

I'm sorry, but this is bull****. I see a lot of people complaining about Haye being responsible for Wlad not getting the knock out but it's just not the case. If Wlad wanted it then the KO was there for him.

Haye spent large parts of the fight with his hands next to his waist and his chin poking out tempting Wlad in, but Wlad still cautiously stuck behind the jab and didn't let his hands go.

Most of Haye's attacks were desparate, amateur lunches which left him completely off balance and vulnerable. However, Wlad's defence simply involved making sure he reacted quickly and stepped back out of range or tied him up. He never tried to capitalise on Haye being open and off balance, instead he just got back behind the jab. Steward clearly told Wlad that when he steps back he should do so with a hook to catch Haye coming in off balance - but he never did, he was just concerned with making sure he evaded Haye's attack and either got out of there of tied him up.

Look, Wlad fought a great fight and dominated from start to finish, but the ko was there for him if he wanted. Haye didn't do a Mosley by running away from Wlad (je couldn't anyway, Wlad cuts the ring off too well) and he didn't do a Clottey by covering up and not throwing.

His defence was to stand in punching range with his hands down and his offence was to launch in at Wlad and leave himself off balance and wide open. That is basically a KO waiting to happen.
