who was surpraised with haye'skills?

I was surprised Haye took Wlads power shots ,i honestly thought he would be on ***** street at least once in the fight.
Both have great skill though which is why i want a rematch asap..

i actually am a fan of wlad..all my prefight nonsence was an attempt at sarcasim due to the amazing delusions from haye and his fans which really got on my man boobs...it didnt go down to well as people dont believe me and think i jumped ship..all i can do is make u look at my v cash and youl see who i actually bet on...anyway i wasnt surprised with haye atall..he actually done worse than i thought he was going to do

I wasn't surprised, because I've seen Haye's work at cruiser.

What DID surprise me was:

A) How well he took the punches.

B) The speed of Wlad's feet. Haye is pretty quick, and yet he fell short again and again. Obviously this is partly to do with the height gap, but it's also because Wlad is actually much quicker on his feet than I realised...because he's such a big guy, he looks cumbersome, but his back-pedalling worked very well, especially as Haye isn't the type to throw a bunch of punches.

 

Against someone like Adamek, you can bet Haye would be alot more aggressive and effective.

Do you think Adamek has the size and power to keep Haye on the defensive, as Wlad has?

I think not.

Haye beats everyone not named Klitschko.

 

I was more surprise he couldn't hit WLAD. Wlad got more skills than Haye.

 

Yes, I think the task to best combate someone like either Klit is beyond an Adam Booth.

Team Haye up with Roach, as has been suggested, and let's do it again.

 

Wlad is too Tall and competent with it for anyone now, Vitali all round solid against anyone full stop.

 

haye was just awful. he was absolutley clueless in there. he threw 1 or 2 punches and then he stopped. he has to let those hands go. u cant beat wlad like that because wlad relies on distance.

 

some ridiculous comments on this threadf. ne1 who knows boxnigs knows this fight proved 2 things. Vlad really is the best HW out there (old point but still) and haye is far better than 90% of ppl on esb give him credit for.
