Wlad Klitschko landed 130 shots. 90% being jabs Haye landed 77 shots. It was an embarrasing fight in general. Both guys should be ashamed of themselves. But Wlad in particular. Fighting that way, hiding behind a jab, against a guy that much smaller and lighter than you. It's pathetic Can you imagine Lewis going in with a guy 40 pounds lighter than him, and it being close over 12 full rounds!? Lewis would have beat Haye in 2 rounds The fact that Wlad's career defining fight is out-jabbing a guy lighter than Roy Jones at heavy, tells you everything about him
I don't get how Wlad can be happy. I'd say if there's anyone he could box, where he could go in, and fight like a champ, it would be a guy Haye's size He was fighting like Haye was the 270 pound fighter. Truth is, put Wlad in with a guy his own size, with Haye's skill and speed, and he'd lose.

Haye and Wlad both fought like the glass jawed frauds they are and were content to paw and stay outside to cover up those mushy mandibles. Wlad won simply by doing more than Haye who did nothing, although I will say Haye's defense was more technically impressive than was Wlad's supposedly educated jab that was barely landing against a china chinned chump that was standing in front of him with hands down. A disgraceful performance from a hypejob and a very average champion in a very below average era of heavies.

No, I'm a new member and not a Klitschko hater but an impartial observer that realizes that HW boxing has two decent, and yes that's decent and not good or great, fighters at HW and they are the Klitschkos. The rest of the division is **** which allows a giant with nothing more than a stiff jab to rule it. I have more respect for Vitali since he's actually got a chin and will fight when he needs to but Wlad is a safety-first point fighter with a ton of KOs because he fights stiffs and bums that couldn't make it on Friday Night Fights in any other division. Haye sucks, as well, but when you're near seven feet tall and outweigh your opponent, a cruiserweight, by thirty pounds the onus is on you to beat him up and make it interesting.
