chambers vs haye would actually be a fun fight not involving a klitschko for once.

Last time I checked David did far better than Eddie, plus he didn't get KO'd at the end.

I do think Eddie vs. Davie would be interesting.

I wouldnt say David fought him. Haye showed up to get paid, and thats it.

It took a 50/50 split to get that ****** in the ring, because Klitschko wanted to add the WBA belt so badly.

And Haye, even with his flaws, was still enough to make Wlad miss more jabs than anyone else he's been in with.

I don't recall Chambers rattling Wlad, either. Haye did.

But all this back and forth deragatory statements are told to the press for a reason, instead of Chambers telling Haye himself. Its all meant to generate fan interest.

    ****ing this lol

Haye did ten times better against Wlad... and actually managed to *gasp* slip his punches!

Not that it means much though.

This an extreme example of what is happening throughout the country. Perhaps you should start a thread on the media situation. It would certainly be a warranted one. They are skewering him everywhere.

I was at a market this afternoon and overheard one elderly man say to another elderly man who was working there: "What did you think of David Haye?" The second said: "David Haye, you mean the boxing guy. Oh, he is a right proper clown, isn't he?" The second guy obviously does not follow the sport, but was on top of David's escapades.

My point is that the media is hammering David and making a fool of him to people that could not give a jot about boxing. David wanted to be a widely recognised celeberity and he's becoming one, just not the type that he hoped.

You know Chambers did lose to Povetkin, you ****ing moron.

Holyfield at 47 and brain damged is better than Valuev. And Valuev is Haye's best Heavweight win by far!! How sad is that?

I'd pay for this fight. Would be competitive. Can't see it happening though, Haye wont get back in the ring for less than $10m.

Haye really is getting over the top hate on here now. Yes Wlad beat Haye convincingly, but not like Wlad beat Chambers. Chambers just stood there getting hit and was dominated in every round. Wlad didn't clearly win each round Vs Haye as many rounds were just sh*t with neither landing any decent blows. It's not like Haye was beaten up at any point.

Eddie lost 10 lbs since that loss. Povetkin could lose 10 lbs himself at least. I dont know wtf that guy is doing right now though.

I said in a few other posts how good Eddie was....Eddie has beaten and faced the same level comp that Haye had-

    Chambers
    WUD12 S. Peter
    WUD12 A. Dimtrenko
    Lkor12 W. Klitskco
    LUD12 A. Povetkin

    Haye
    WUD12 N. Valuev
    Wkor9 J. Ruiz
    LUD12 W. Klitshcko

I could see Haye winning this fight via spilt decision, Eddie will get hurt a few times early on but because he defensively very good will ride it out until the end where he will win more rounds as haye tires.
