Alright , according to one of Hunt's latest interview...
Don't count on seeing him fighting in the UFC.

Apparently , He's still hesitating between 2 different orgs...
    K1's Heros and Bodog.

Personally , I think he'll probably end up with HEROS becaus of his past with K1. He's more familiar with this org but then again....who ****ing knows...

on a side note: I have still no news about Kharitonov.

Hunt weighs about 290lbs so he would need to drop below 265 to get in the UFC as they don't have a super heavyweight division.

Hunt was very unhappy with K-1 when he left, so they will have to treat him pretty nice to bring him back. This sounds about right though. Hunt can make 265 fairly easy but I don't think he has any desire too.

There was just a news article that Kharitonov had joined Team CroCop and is now Mirko's primary sparring partner, alongside Ricco Rodgriguez who is now his rolling partner. No idea where he is fighting though.

I thought Hunt couldn't come to the US anyway, something about getting into trouble with the popo last time he was here. Isn't that why he couldn't fight in PrideFC's NYE Vegas show?

Because he wasn't from Holland or Japan, he was one of the lowest paid fighters in K-1, and when his contract came up for renewal they offered him even less thinking he'd have no choice but to take it. He left for Pride and told them to go to hell.

Yeah, he still has assault charges against him in the state of California for a bar fight he started. I don't think he ever took care of the charges.

I don't think that Hunt would have much success in a cage. He would be put to the ground, and controlled to easily. Of course, he would be a fan favorite with his style, but that will only get you so far.

He can just repeatedly face Cabbage and Butterbean. It will be a year long series. At the end all 3 can be in the cage at once.
